I hate to complain, but I was sitting on the patio with some friends. We waited for someone to wait on us. They finally did. I ordered a beer. After about 10 mins, I went inside to the bar to get it and my friend's beer. Our server was standing at the bar chatting. Once she saw me, she rang in the drink. I waited to make sure I got my drink and walked outside. Our food finally came. I asked for ketchup just to make sure I would get it the same day. Our food was good and everything was fine, sure our server was slow and unprofessional and seemed to be drunk, but what topped it off was when a girl in our party went to the bathroom (which is right near the serving station) over heard our server saying her patio table "was a bunch of f****ing @$$holes." Yeah. that really made our day since we were her only table outside.

We never complained and everyone still left 15%, but it certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm only recounting my bad experience so that maybe management reads this. The waitress in question was a blonde about 5'4, had a fedora on and she may have also had a nose ring.

I highly doubt this is standard service, since other tables on the patio were receiving excellent service. So if you visit O'Neills and I hope you do (cuz the food is great and the drinks are a good price) sit at the bar.

Fantastic Irish food!

I had the Makers Mark BBQ tenderloin sandwich. it was amazing and it comes with big steak fries. Great sandwich and my wife had the Corn Beef and Cabbage entree and it was amazing too. I actually think her's was better. She also got a side salad with her entree and it was a bit sucky. Overall I'd definitely go back there.

This Bar is absolutely awesome! Boasting a traditional interior with nice woodwork, this bar has room for large crowds, small conversations, bands, and great food and prices.
